Order placed on the 25th Jan, following which I received emails at each step of the pack / dispatch / delivery status, as well as links to informational videos on the product.
As a newbie to the world of E-Scooters, I greatly appreciated the videos and found them massively helpful as they gave detailed info and advice on safe usage, scooter maintenance and more. I learned a lot and was even more excited to receive my package.
The scooter was delivered exactly when they said it would be on the 27th, by a very reputable delivery firm which was reassuring for an expensive item.
The product itself is brilliant and I have nothing but praise for it and now use it daily for my short commute to work.
Overall an easy, pleasant and memorable transaction and I'd both recommend this company to others and use them again myself without a second thought.

Get a bicycle
While the product quality is high, it is extremely difficult and time consuming to change flat tires. The time wasted on battling to change tires makes this not worth the money at all - rather get yourself a bicycle!

I had a scooter repair which was fixed under warranty, and I could not fault the service. It was incredibly fast and everything was fixed to a high standard. Keeps over heating
I received my electric scooter not too long ago go and the problems have already started I keep getting a error code that indicates that is overheating on rides that are not that demanding and short range compared to to what I usually travel. I got this model for its range...... keep having to stop to give it a break its like im jogging with smoker. not to mention the other day I turned it on and it flashes up the error without me even doing anything I believe the area is to do with overheating H2 if I remember correctly

Don't ever use this company
Don't use this company. I paid £500 for my scooter and within 6months it developed faults and they tried to charge me more than the original price to fit the new parts. Yes they waived most of the costs but still wanted nearly £200. Absolute disgrace and obviously their product isn't made from quality equipment.

Amazing service ordered the scooter for my daughter and it was here next day. She loves it and is using it to go to and from work on.
Great service
Great service, very quick, brilliant piece of kit and although you’ll read some people have issues with distance and so on, it’s each to their own. I weigh 99kgs, travelled 18 miles no probs and still have battery available on normal roads and thats use with some hills too. Great size and the weight I find easy enough to carry around when at shops etc

PRE-ORDER ITEM FAULTY
Scooter that was sent was not properly checked and had scuffs and marks on it, I bought it as a Christmas present and it ruined the gift having to get it sent back etc.

Did not explain anything about the new product that I bought which was a new battery. They did not return the faulty one to me and the new one was not fully charged for me to take it back home.

Three defective scooters!
I’ve received 3 defective scooters in a row with issues ranging from completely flat tyres to the headlights not working and in two of the three cases the battery only charging to 3/5 bars. Caused me a lot of inconvenience with work and because they take ages to give refunds I’ve owned several scooters at once making my financial situation bad. I’m angry and frustrated. Their quality control must be terrible or they are knowingly using defective parts? Completely unacceptable avoid at all costs.
